Have you lost or forgotten something on public transport?
We apologize if you have forgotten something on the bus, tram or any of Västtrafik's other means of transport. But don't worry, if you travel in Gothenburg, Mölndal and Partille, you can easily search for lost items that have been taken care of and handed in to the lost property handling.
File a loss report
To find lost items most easily, you make a loss report by clicking on the "search lost items here" button. Fill in the notification in as much detail as possible. When you have filled in the registration and submitted it, you will receive a confirmation email. Your report will then be monitored and checked for lost property that comes in. If your lost item comes in, you'll receive another email.
If you do not have the opportunity to search on the web, you are warmly welcome to our lost property reception at Redbergsplatsen during our opening hours.
NOTE! It always takes at least one day for your lost property to arrive at the lost property reception.
Return of lost property
Lost items can be returned on the following weekday at the earliest.
Delivery takes place at Ånäsvägen 12, Redbergsplatsen in Gothenburg. It is easy to travel here by public transport. Search for your trip to the Redbergsplatsen stop in Västtrafik's travel planner.
For your safety
If what you have forgotten or lost can be considered extra valuable, such as a computer or a mobile phone, you must be prepared to show proof that you own the item. For example, a receipt or a serial number.
Fee
When you pick up your found goods, we charge a fee.
20 SEK for mittens, hats, scarves, umbrellas and the like.50 SEK for items that have a greater value, such as mobile phones, computers, etc.
You pay either with a debit card or Swish.
